Send us your idea, measurements, photos, or sketch and we can help create it. Modeling is part of the job — you do not need CAD software, technical drawings, or any 3D printing experience to order a custom part.

A photo of the part
Snap the broken piece next to a tape measure or a coin for scale. That is usually all we need to get started.
A sketch or description
Draw it on paper, or just describe what it has to do and where it has to fit. We handle the modeling.
Measurements
Caliper readings, a rough length and width, or the dimensions of the space it needs to sit in.
An STL or 3MF file
Already have a model? Send it over. We check wall thickness, clearances and orientation before it prints.

Send your idea
A photo, a sketch, a measurement scribbled on a napkin, the broken part itself, or a finished STL. Whatever you have is enough to start.

We design or prepare it
We model it from scratch or clean up your file — checking wall thickness, clearances and orientation so the part works, not just prints.
- 03
We print it
Printed on Bambu Lab hardware in the material the job actually calls for, then inspected and finished by hand before it leaves the shop.

You receive it
Local pickup or delivery, or shipped anywhere in the country with tracking. Your model stays on file for instant reorders.

I do not have a 3D model. Can you still help?
Yes — most of our work starts without one. Send measurements, photos from a few angles, a sketch or the original part and we will model it for you. Design time is quoted up front, and simple parts are often included in the print price.
What files do you accept?
STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ and Bambu Studio project files print directly. For design work we also take SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, PNG and JPG artwork, plus plain photos with dimensions written on them.
How long does an order take?
Stock items usually ship in two to three business days. Custom work is typically three to seven days once the design is approved. Larger production runs are scheduled with you, and rush turnaround is available when we can fit it.
What materials can you print?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon, carbon-fiber nylon and polycarbonate, along with multi-color and multi-material combinations. We pick based on the load, heat and sunlight your part will actually see, and explain the tradeoff before printing.
How strong are 3D printed parts?
Stronger than most people expect, when the material and print settings match the job. Carbon-fiber nylon and polycarbonate parts handle real structural loads; a decorative sign does not need them. We size walls and infill to the application rather than printing everything the same way.
Can you match my brand colors?
Close, and often exact. We stock a wide filament range and print multi-color in a single part, so logos come out as solid color rather than paint. Send a hex code or a logo file and we will tell you honestly how close we can get.
